The IMP.A.C. 31 AF palletiser represents an advanced and fast solution designed to efficiently handle the packaging of small cardboard boxes.

It is an ideal machine for operations requiring high precision and speed, thanks to its ability to adapt to a wide range of production requirements.

The boards from an upstream line are accumulated to form an orderly row. Once the pre-forming of the layer is complete, it is transferred to a central opening platform.

As the platform opens, it deposits the layer onto the pallet, which is precisely positioned thanks to a photoelectric barrier system. The cycle continues automatically until the pallet is completed, which is evacuated and replaced to allow a new production cycle.

With the IMP.A.C. 31 AF palletiser, companies can count on a reliable, fast and highly adaptable solution for small cardboard carton packaging requirements, optimising time and resources.

Product benefits

__ High efficiency

Designed to operate at high speed, it can handle large volumes of work with ease.
