Semi-automatic emptying machine for liquid products in drums on pallet and IBC
The IMP.A.C. 55 SA 4P 1500 is semi-automatic equipment designed for the safe and efficient emptying of liquid products contained in IBC drums and cisterns.
Thanks to the adjustable nozzle arm and three-axis movement, the operator can easily position the nozzle for optimum product pick-up.
Production capacity
• 20 drums/hour (with 2’ cap or full opening)

Operating Cycle
Pallet positioning with drums or IBCs in the work area.
Manual adjustment of the nozzle arm according to the type of container.
Insertion of the nozzle at the suction point.
Start of emptying process by pumping system (if fitted).
Completion of emptying and removal of the container.
