• High-precision gripping system: the full-wrap gripper allows for the handling of any type of sack (paper, jute, plastic, valve bags, sewn, heat-sealed) and complex materials such as semi-empty bags or those with low-viscosity liquids.
• Automatic compaction: each layer is pressed and leveled for stable palletizing.
• Dynamic handling: thanks to rotary, transversal, and longitudinal movements, the robot has full mobility across the entire horizontal plane.

Operation

1. Pickup and compression: the incoming sack from the line is compressed for uniformity and transferred to the preformation station.
2. Layer formation: the mobile mechanical arm positions the sack according to the preset pattern.
3. Compaction and transfer: the layer is compacted on all four sides and placed on the mobile pallet.
4. Evacuation and replacement: the completed pallet is evacuated and replaced to start a new cycle.
