IMP.A.C. top-fed bag palletizers are designed to handle high-volume production, reaching up to 2500 bags/hour. Their high production capacity and flexibility in palletizing bags ranging from 1 kg to 50 kg make them an ideal solution for all industrial sectors.
The process ensures excellent uniformity and compactness of the bags, thanks to a pressing system, followed by orientation and preforming of the layer.
Each layer is transferred to a platform with a central opening that, once opened, deposits the layer precisely onto the pallet, which is positioned by a lifter equipped with a photoelectric barrier.
Thanks to the programmable modular system (PLC), it is possible to manage bags of various sizes, formations, and layer numbers, ensuring maximum customization and adaptability.
