Each incoming can is precisely oriented and transferred to the layer pre-formation section. The completed layer is then transferred to the palletizing platform with horizontal and vertical movement, placing the layer onto the pallet. The platform opens to deposit the layer onto the pallet, continuing the cycle until the pallet is complete.
The full pallet is automatically unloaded onto a roller conveyor, while an empty pallet is positioned at the palletizing station to ensure a continuous flow of the production cycle. The entire process is managed by a programmable PLC system, allowing the palletizer to be configured for different container sizes and layer numbers.
