Multi-layer low level bag palletizer with 2 or more pallets

The model 13 AM-Y can palletize different products from up to 4 production lines at a maximum combined rate of 800 bag/h. The palletizer is supplied with holding conveyors, one for each product, which accumulate the number of bags required for each specific pallet. When a holding conveyor has accumulated the preset number of bags, it transfers the bags into the palletiser. The palletizer adjusts automatically  to handle the bag dimensions from the particular conveyor. Each incoming bag is orientated and then transferred to the layer preforming section. Each layer is then transferred to a layer loading mechanism, which elevates the layer and moves it horizontally until it is above the pallet. A sliding gate then opens and deposits the layer onto the pallet. The various pallets being loaded are waiting on a shuttle conveyor, which moves them to the loading position when the appropriate layer is ready to be loaded. Filled pallets are then transferred to a holding conveyor, and an empty pallet is moved onto the shuttle conveyor. The entire operation is controlled by a PLC , which can be programmed to palletize bags of different dimensions, layer patterns and number of layers.
